A quick and delicious breakfast is the best way to start the day, but one that is also healthy gets two thumbs up from us. This smoothie ticks all of these boxes while keeping you nice and full of energy until it's time for lunch.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
400ml milk
2 Bananas
1/3 cup frozen berries
1/3 cup oats
2 tsp super greens powder (heaped)
2 tsp LSA (heaped)
Method
Slice bananas and place into a blender. Add berries and oats.
Sprinkle LSA and super greens powder evenly over the top before pouring the milk in last.
Put on the lid and blend until smooth.
Note: For a thinner mixture, add more milk to the smoothie once poured out and mix until you are happy with the consistency.
