Big High Protein Brekky

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, and if you've got a busy day ahead of you, the best thing you can do is get a huge amount of protein in at the start to fuel the engine.

A cooked breakfast is a traditional treat, and this need not be reserved for weekends when you have endless time to prepare a painstakingly thought through meal - it can be put on the table in 15 minutes to have you feasting like a king in no time.

Perfect for anyone with a physically demanding day ahead, this tastes as good as it looks.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

4 Sausages
4 eggs
1 can baked beans
1 tomato

Warm baked beans in a pan on medium heat.

While baked beans are warming, pan fry sausages in a little oil on medium high heat, turning when needed. This should take about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

While sausages and baked beans are cooking, cut tomato into thick pieces.

Once sausages are cooked, put on plates to serve, and cook eggs and tomato in pan.


Transfer onto plate and enjoy!
