Blueberry & Oats Smoothie

This smoothie makes perfect breakfast when you are in a rush morning.

Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
400gr greek yoghourt
1/2 cup almond milk (or skim milk)
1 Banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 packets Stevia

Ingredients


Method

Put everything in the blender and blend.

Just blend it!


Serve in a tall glass.

It's that quick.
