Breakfast in a Cup
This quick and healthy breakfast is perfect for people who are always in a rush in the morning. It contains all the normal ingredients you would have for breakfast but instead of having to sit down and eat it, you can drink it on the way to work.

Cooking Time: 1 minute
Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
1x Banana
1/2 a cup of rolled oats
1/2 a cup of frozen berries
1/2 a cup of low fat milk or yoghurt
1x Weetbix
1/2 a cup of ice
Method
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Poor into travel cup and your ready to go.
Notes
Different blenders have different power settings which means that this recipe may not suit blenders that are not powerful enough to crush ice.
A tablespoon of honey can be added if you feel like something sweeter.
