My new favourite thing to have in the morning is a breakfast jar. Made with fruit, soy yoghurt ( or any yoghurt you like) and muesli, it tastes great, looks great and is so quick to make.

Goodness in a jar.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1
Ingredients
2 fruits of your choice
I use-
6 strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries or blueberries
1 small tub of soy vanilla yoghurt
Approximately half a cup of muesli of your choice
Method
Wash strawberries and cut into quarters.
Place half the strawberries in the bottom then half of your other fruit.
Add in half of the yoghurt and top with half of the muesli.
Repeat the process finishing by topping with the rest of the muesli.
Serve immediately with a long spoon and enjoy.

This is the muesli I use available at most supermarkets
Notes
Any fruit can be used bananas, blueberries, blackberries, cherries etc.
For the yoghurt if you don't like soy you can make this with coyo (coconut yoghurt) or if you like dairy, my favourite is 5 am organic yoghurt.

My second favourite combo is banana and strawberry
