Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are my latest obsession, I have one everyday and never tire of them. You can mix it up by adding whatever fruit and toppings you love so you will never get bored.

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
For the smoothie
1 Frozen banana
1 Handful of frozen blueberries
1 Handful of spinach
100 grams Greek yogurt
Yogurt, blueberries, banana and spinach.
Toppings
Blueberries
Almonds
Cashews
Walnuts
Cocoa nibs
Seeds
Method
Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Ready to blend.
You want to use frozen fruits and minimum liquid so your smoothie is thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and sprinkle with whatever toppings you like.
Thick and delicious
Here I used a handful of almonds, walnuts, cashews, seeds, cocoa nibs and blueberries.
Topped with healthy ingredients.
Other favourite toppings of mine include natural peanut butter, shredded coconut, granola, fresh fruit,
walnut butter honey and cinnamon.
