Breakky Banana Split
This is a great summer breakky, post workout or pre workout snack! Fresh and wholesome.

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
1/2 large or 1 small-med banana
1tbs peanut butter (natural is best- I use Macro from Woolworths)
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
Method
Cut banana in half length ways to 'butterfly' shape.
Spread peanut butter on banana.
Sprinkle berries on top.
Feel free to add a drizzle of honey, maple syrup, even a dollop of yoghurt and enjoy in the sun!
