Ingredients 1/8 cup sugar
1/8 cup self-raising flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp water
1 tbsp cocoa
Add the sugar, flour and cocoa into the mug.
Add olive oil and water into this mix and stir well.
Make sure the mixture becomes consistent and contains no lumps.
Place the mug in the microwave for about 50 seconds.
Serve hot with ice-cream as a topping.
If eating from a mug isn't your style, you can empty the brownie into a small bowl and drizzle chocolate sauce over it, then place it in the fridge and serve cold - it tastes fluffy and equally delicious!
