Crispy fried chicken marinated in buttermilk for a day. The buttermilk would make the chicken juicy.

Ingredients
3 pcs chicken thighs
500 ml milk
30 g lemon juice/ lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
120 g white onion
20 g garlic
60 g all-purpose flour
500 ml vegetable oil
Method
In a bowl: put the milk, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chopped onion and garlic.
Submerge the chicken into the buttermilk mixture and cover it with cling wrap.
Strain the chicken and coat it with all-purpose flour.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
Pan-fry the chicken for 10 mins.
Put it in a preheated oven (180°C) for 5 mins. *Serve it with your preferred dipping sauce.
