Ingredients
1 small butternut squash
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Peel and discard the peel of the butternut squash.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/375༠F/5 Gas.
Melt the coconut oil and coat the squash all over.
Bake in the oven for an hour.
Pat the shavings using paper towels to remove excess oil.
