Cake Mix Cookies

These easy cookies taste just like muffin tops. Soft on the inside with a delicious crisp shell. They can be made in any flavour you like.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 12-14 minutes
Makes: 12 cookies

Ingredients
425 grams of cake mix, I used mud cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of canola oil

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.

In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients.

Mix well. A thick and glossy batter will form.

Dollop batter onto lined trays. Using wet hands tidy into round shapes.

Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Leave on baking trays to set before turning onto a cooling rack.
