Caramelised Onion and Brie Hot Dog

This was a delicious hot dog, and instead of using Frankfurters or a sausage, I bought Vienna Sausages which I get at a deli or gourmet food butcher.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients
2 hot dog wholemeal rolls
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, cut into rings
2 Vienna frankfurts
½ tbsp brown sugar
½ tbsp white wine vinegar
¾ tbsp tomato chutney or similar
About 25 g baby rocket
70 - 100 g brie, thinly sliced

Method

Heat the oil in a frypan and fry the onions for about 10 minutes.

Add the sugar and vinegar and cook for another minute or so.
