Cauliflower Salad

Looking for an alternative to the so delicious potato salad, without the carbs? Try the superfood cauliflower instead! This salad is heaven!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2



Ingredients
Half a cauliflower
1 cup peas/corn/carrots
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup sour cream
2 spring onions
1 cup spinach leaves



Method
  • Steam the cauliflower and spinach for 15 mins
  • Place all other ingredients in a large bowl
  • Once cauliflower and spinach is cooked, add to large bowl and stir well!
