Introduction: "Tropical Paradise in a cup with no alcohol."

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Makes: 2 (in a cocktail/red wine glass, otherwise 1)

All the ingredients laid out with no alcohol


Ingredients
1/4 of a Fresh Pineapple
1/2 Medium-Large Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Milk (If not normal milk will suffice)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Optional: 4 Extra Chunks of Pineapple for decorative purposes and 2 Umbrellas (if you can find them). If you have a few Jelly Beans to decorate the serving tray, they're great too.

The pineapple and the ice cream are only in the blender thus far


Method
  • Chop up pineapple into bite sized pieces, and pour into the blender.
  • Place ice cream into the blender.
  • Peel banana and place into the blender.
  • Pour coconut (or normal) milk into the blender.
  • Ensure blender lid is on and blender is turned on at the mains. Blend mixture on low-medium range for 60 seconds. No need to worry about the ice.
  • Pour contents into each glass and place onto serving dish.
  • Apply pineapple pieces (and/or jelly beans) to the serving dish.
  • Cut half way into two small pineapple wedges and apply on edge of glass.

  • The banana is now going in
