Chambord Champagne
Chambord is one of the most amazing dark raspberry liqueurs you can buy on the market today. The flavour, aroma and colouring is beyond phenomenal and that is why there are so many cocktail recipes available that use Chambord.
This recipe combines the delicious and sweet raspberry liqueur with a whole lot of bubbles to create a fruity and delectable cocktail.
I personally love the Brown Brothers Zibibbo Rosa sparkling wine for this recipe because the strawberry flavour of the wine really complements well with dark raspberry flavour of Chambord. However, any white or rosa champagne will do.
