Ingredients
2 brown onions
2 tbsp grated parmesan
40 g wholemeal bread
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/400 ༠F/6 Gas.
Melt the coconut oil in the oven while it is coming to temperature.
Chop the onions, and coat in melted coconut oil.
Crumbled the bread into fine crumbs with your hands or a food processor.
Mix the bread and grated parmesan together.
Takes the onions out of the oven and mix with the cheesy bread crumbs.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
