Taking crumbed foods and changing them from ordinary to extraordinary. Fried foods is only a sometimes food for me, but I love the taste. I would make it weekly if I could.

Crumbed steak
Medium cooked steak

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 -8 minutes
Makes: 2 steaks

2 pieces of Sirloin steak
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 eggs

Set up your bowls for crumbing one with the flour, in the second beat the 2 eggs, and in the third combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper
Dip steaks in each bowl in this order- flour, then eggs then breadcrumbs making sure each steak is well coated in each layer.
If you like your steak double crumbed, double the ingredients and repeat the process.
In a fry pan fill 1/4 of the way with oil and turn onto medium high heat
With just one layer of crumbs and the oil hot, place steaks in one at a time slowly as the oil may splash.
To have a medium steak cook each steak for six minutes, three minutes on each side. Or for double crumbed eight minutes, four on each side.
If crumbs are starting to brown too much turn down the heat and cook for longer, turning more frequently.
When ready serve with some salad or vegetables, it evens out the good and the bad.
