The inevitable response I get when making this for anyone is, 'this is healthy?!'

Made from raw, natural ingredients, you can indulge in this divine smoothie knowing you are getting a great blast of antioxidants and vitamins with that delicious taste.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 cup cherries, frozen, pitted
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
3 dates
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup almond milk

Method
  • Throw all ingredients together in a blender. Blitz until a smooth, runny consistency.
