Chia and Flaxseed Crackers

Such a quick thing to whip up these crackers are into the oven in minutes. These are also another vegan favourite of mine.
Chia and flaxseed crackers

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 8 crackers

Ingredients
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
4 tablespoons of flaxseeds
6 tablespoons of almond milk
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of Moroccan spice

Method
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Mixing the chia, flaxseeds and milk and spices together

  • When the seeds have soaked up the milk spread out onto a baking tray lined with baking paper into a thin layer and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Spreading out the mixture

  • Take out of the oven and slowly lift off paper with an egg flip and turn over and bake for another ten minutes.
  • Take crackers out of the oven and allow to cool, cut into four or six.
  • You can cut crackers out with a round cookie cutter, but I like the rustic look so I just cut them into four or six. This way also saves on wastage.
