Chicken Mushroom Spaghetti
A quick and simple dish to make when time is short.
Preparation Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 - 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
150g wholemeal spaghetti
100g pre-cooked sliced chicken
70g chestnut mushrooms
70g quark cheese
400g tinned plum tomatoes
1 tbsp nori flakes
2 tsp paprika
Pepper to taste
Pinch of salt
Method
Cook the spaghetti in simmering water with a pinch of salt for ten minutes, and then drain.
Heat the tinned tomatoes at a low heat and then stir in the quark.
Slice the chicken and mushrooms and stir in.
Cook for a few more minutes before stirring in the nori flakes, paprika, and pepper.
Remove from the heat and stir in the spaghetti.
