Chicken Mustard Parcels
A neat alternative to chicken pie, these chicken mustard parcels are so easy to make and are unbelievably yummy. Serve them alongside mixed salad for lunch or dinner, and enjoy.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 6 parcels
Ingredients
3 puff pastry sheets
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 chicken thigh fillets, halved
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 brown onion, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 slices tasty cheese, halved
Wholegrain mustard, to serve
Mixed salad, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.
Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Halve each sheet of puff pastry.
Place one piece of chicken at the bottom of each sheet of puff pastry.
Top each piece of chicken with half a tablespoon of mustard, some onion and garlic, and half a slice of tasty cheese.
Fold pastry over to enclose.
Using fingertips, press edges together to seal. Trim excess if necessary.
Brush parcels with egg.
Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.
Serve with mixed salad and a dollop of wholegrain mustard.
Enjoy.
