Chicken Teriyaki
A meal that's quick to prepare, quick to cook, and tasty to eat.

Ingredients
275g egg noodles
160g chargrilled chicken
1 baby gem lettuce
30g mixed leaf salad
1 small onion
2 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 chilli powder
Method
Chop the lettuce, onion, and chicken.
Mix everything except the avocado oil together.
Fry for about with the lid on until the salad leaves have wilted, then take the lid off and stir for a couple more minutes.
Remove from the heat and drizzle the avocado oil on top.
