Chicken Teriyaki

A meal that's quick to prepare, quick to cook, and tasty to eat.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients
275g egg noodles
160g chargrilled chicken
1 baby gem lettuce
30g mixed leaf salad
1 small onion
2 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 chilli powder

Method
  • Chop the lettuce, onion, and chicken.
  • Mix everything except the avocado oil together.
  • Fry for about with the lid on until the salad leaves have wilted, then take the lid off and stir for a couple more minutes.

  • Remove from the heat and drizzle the avocado oil on top.
