Chinese Sausage Chiffon Egg
Chiffon Egg is a chinese-style omelette. This smooth & silky omelette is great with chinese sausage, BBQ pork or crispy pork.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
4 chinese sausage (lap cheong)
4 eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
a dash of white pepper
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
kecap manis, to serve
steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Method
In a bowl, combine eggs with soy sauce and pepper, then lightly beat.
Thinly slice the sausage in an angle.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat. Add 1/4 of the sausage and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour in 1/4 of the beaten egg, sprinkle with spring onions then cook for 2-3 minutes or to your liking.
Repeat with the remaining sausage, egg & spring onions to make 4 servings in total.
Drizzle kecap manis on top and serve with steamed jasmine rice.
