Avocado makes a great smoothie for quick and easy on the go breakfast and snack for the kids after school. It's easy to make and full of goodness.

Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 avocado
2 cups cold milk
2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder or Milo

Method
  • Halved the avocado, discard the stone. Scoop out the avocado and place in a blender.

  • Pour in the milk and the chocolate powder.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Divide among glasses, serve immediately.
