Chocolate Avocado Milkshake
Avocado makes a great smoothie for quick and easy on the go breakfast and snack for the kids after school. It's easy to make and full of goodness.

Ingredients
1 avocado
2 cups cold milk
2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder or Milo
Method
Halved the avocado, discard the stone. Scoop out the avocado and place in a blender.
Pour in the milk and the chocolate powder.
Blend until smooth.
Divide among glasses, serve immediately.
