These bounty balls taste just as good as a Bounty bar and are so easy to make that your children can help you. If you can resist eating them all, they make great tasty presents too.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 35-40 balls

Ingredients
360 g desiccated coconut
1 x 395 g tin condensed milk
250 g dark chocolate melts

  • Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into little balls and place them on a baking tray.

  • Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the balls to harden.

  • Coat each ball in chocolate and place back on the baking tray.

  • Place the white chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and heat it for 30 second increments, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the bounty balls.
