Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream
This is the second time I have made ice cream ever. Well the second time I have made it and succeeded in making it work, and for this recipe you don't even need an ice cream churner.
Chocolate Ice Cream with Brownie Chunks
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: Freeze for five hours.
Makes: 1 loaf tin/ 8 individual muffin tins
Ingredients
2 chocolate brownies (homemade or store bought)
3 tablespoons of raw cacao or cocoa powder
2 cups of thickened cream
1 can of condensed milk
Method
With an electric mixer whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Cream looks like this when stiff peaks have formed
Turn off the mixer and add in the condensed milk.
Fold the mixture with a spatula until the mixture is well combined.
Mixture will be this consistency when the condensed milk has been stirred through
For the brownie, cut it into small chunks and set aside.
Add the cocoa powder to the mixture and stir through until well combined.
Add the brownie chunks and lightly mix through.

To set I use some individual muffin tins, or you can pour the while mixture into a loaf tin.
Place some alfoil over the ice cream to cover each tin.
Place the ice cream into the freezer and allow to set for 5 hours.
With the small tins the ice cream is set and easy to scoop after 4 hours.
If the whole amount is set in a loaf tin it needs at least five hours to set.
