Chocolate Chip Brownie Cheesecake

This cheesecake is loaded with chocolate, it's easy to make and incredibly decadent. It takes some time to put together and set, but once it's finished it is worth it.

Preparation Time: 60 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours
Serves: 8-10

Ingredients
1 bag brownie mix packet (500 g)
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 sticks cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
225 g whipping cream
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Method

In a bowl, add brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and an egg, mix together and pour into a baking pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

In another bowl, add cream cheese and sugar and blend together.

Add vanilla and whipped cream and continue blending mixture.

Add chocolate chips to the bowl and blend a third time.
