Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

These awesome looking chocolate dipped strawberries are easy to make, taste great and much cheaper than buying ready made.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 1 punnet

Ingredients
1 punnet strawberries
2 Cadbury flake chocolate bars
1 packet of sprinkles
1 packet of good milk or dark cooking chocolate

Method

Wash and dry strawberries putting aside any bad ones.

Over a double boiler (see notes) melt half the chocolate making sure no steam or water gets in.

Crumble the flake into a bowl and the sprinkles into another.

When chocolate has melted completely, dip each strawberry in the chocolate and then either the flake or the sprinkles.

Place on a plate lined with baking paper and when all done place in the fridge to set, then transfer to an airtight container.

Notes to make a double boiler place a metal bowl over a sauce pan of boiling water
