Avocados contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6 (just to name a few) and raw cacao (chocolate in it's raw form) is rich in magnesium and contains some iron and calcium. So this mousse is a super nutritious healthy alternative and is so good for you, you could almost have a bowl of it daily.
If you're counting calories and don't want to have a lot of fat think about this, avocados which are 300 calories are full of good fats.

Yum!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour to set in the fridge
Makes: 2-3 martini glass size serves
Ingredients
1 avocado
1/4 cup of raw cacao
1/4 cup of raw organic honey
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of coconut oil melted
Organic dark chocolate for grating 2-3 pieces
Method
Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh and place into a bowl.
Add in honey, milk, vanilla and coconut oil.
Using a potato masher gently mash this to make everything combined as I find the stick blender make powdery things like the cacao fly out everywhere and makes a mess.

Mashing the mixture to combine it all
Blend mixture with a stick blender until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a bowl and leave in the fridge to chill for one hour.

The mousse when it's ready to go into the fridge to chill
Now that the mix is ready place spoonfuls of mixture into a small martini glass and grate some dark chocolate over the top.
Serve immediately or place back into the fridge to keep it chilled.
