Chocolate tagliatelle!
I saw it, and could not resist buying it.
It is possibly made to make a dessert out of, however I used it in a savoury dish and the result was excellent.
Spinach and bacon are always a great combination, but combined with this very slightly different pasta and topped with feta cheese, it was another meal I made for two meals that I ate in one!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
150 g
chocolate tagliatelle or any other pasta
200 g shortcut bacon, chopped
½ large red onion, chopped
150 - 175 g baby spinach
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
25 g crumbled feta
Method
Cook the bacon in a bit of olive oil for about 5 minutes, and then add the onion and cook about 4 more minutes.
Cook the tagliatelle as per packet instructions, and strain.

I used little pasta
Put it back in the saucepan.
Add the spinach leaves and turn off the heat.
The residual heat should cook the spinach till it is just starting to wilt - no more than about a minute.
Add the bacon and spinach mixture to the drained chocolate pasta and stir in the sweet chili sauce.
Add some pepper and mix well.
Crumble the feta on top of each, and serve.
A very enjoyable mixture of tastes!
