This is another of the "sweet" things that I make as a snack with afternoon coffee.
It has no refined sugar added and Weetbix are one of the lowest calorie cereals you can buy.

Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: About 10 - 12
Ingredients
½ cup sultanas
1 lge tbsp no sugar crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp desiccated coconut, plus a bit for rolling
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 weetbix
2 tbsp cacao, or cocoa
1½ tbsp honey
Little water, if needed
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender or processor.
Blend or process till it is smooth, similar to fudge.
Roll in the extra coconut.
