Chunky Avocado Dip
Avocado is an essential superfood, so I try and sneak as much into my diet as I can. This handy recipe goes down great as a meal or just a snack while you are on the go. It is also great to serve when entertaining friends and family.

Ingredients
1 tin baby peas
Whole avocado
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 spring onions, chopped
Half a fresh lime, juiced
Fresh basil leaves
Tablespoon sea salt
Teaspoon cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Paprika
French stick to serve
Method
Add can of baby peas, avocado, garlic, spring onions, lime, salt and cayenne pepper in a food processor and blend.
Place mixture into a bowl and garnish with paprika, black pepper and basil leaves.
NOTE: You may like to add some chilli flakes for extra flavour. If your dip is lacking that vibrant green colour, add some partially cooked frozen peas.
