You wouldn't know it but avocados are classified as a fruit. You also might not know it's a super food packed with 20 essential nutrients such as fibre and folic acid, and more potassium than bananas. So this dip is a great way to get extra nutrients, and it tastes so good.

Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of garlic minced
1/4 red onion diced
Himalayan salt and pepper to season
For warm dip
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
Oven safe dish

This dip goes well with corn chips
Method
Cut avocado in half and scoop it out

Scoop out avocado

Diced avocado

Mashed avocado
Add in diced onion and garlic
Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine
Pour into serving bowl and serve with corn chips
For a warm dip place dip into a oven safe dish, preferably one that looks good to serve in

Oven safe dish
Top with bread crumbs and dried parsley and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes
