Chunky Monkey Smoothie
When you're craving something sweet and trying to stay healthy this chunky monkey smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth, and keep your weight down.

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tblsp of peanut butter
Half a glass of almond milk
1 tsp of cocoa nibs
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tblsp honey
Method
Place all ingredients in a jug and use the handheld blender to smooth it to the creaminess of your liking.
Once blended put the glass in the microwave for one minute.
The smoothie becomes thick and has a dessert-like texture when heated up.
Eat with a spoon, like I did, because it is rather thick.
