Cilantro Lime Dressing

A tangy refreshing dressing used as a condiment for meats, fish and tacos. It can also be a dipping sauce for chips.

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients
10 g chopped cilantro
15 g lime juice
1/8 tsp lime zest (optional)
5 g garlic
40 g mayonnaise
25 g all-purpose cream
10 g granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch cumin

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend it until smooth.

Serve it as a condiment for steaks, tacos or chips.
