Clean Devilled Eggs

This is such a great snack, it is quick, healthy and delicious. It's a modern clean take on the traditional devilled egg.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
2 free range eggs
1 tablespoon of hummus
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes


Method
  • Boil and peel 2 free range eggs.

  • Boiled Eggs.


  • Cut in half and remove the yolks.

  • Separate the Cooked Eggs.


  • Place the yolks in a bowl and combine with 1 tablespoon of homemade hummus

  • Protein Punch


  • Spoon the mixture into the egg whites and top with chilli flakes.

  • Perfect Snack.


  • Enjoy your healthy snack.
