Clean Devilled Eggs
This is such a great snack, it is quick, healthy and delicious. It's a modern clean take on the traditional devilled egg.

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
2 free range eggs
1 tablespoon of
hummus
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
Method
Boil and peel 2 free range eggs.
Boiled Eggs.
Cut in half and remove the yolks.
Separate the Cooked Eggs.
Place the yolks in a bowl and combine with 1 tablespoon of homemade hummus
Protein Punch
Spoon the mixture into the egg whites and top with chilli flakes.
Perfect Snack.
Enjoy your healthy snack.
