Clean Eating Apple Tarts

Clean eating means no processed food, no sugar and having food that is in it's truest form. In this recipe the apple was just cut up without any preservatives, sugar etc added to it. It's the perfect recipe for those with a sweet tooth.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 apple
½ mountain rye wrap
2 tbsp cinnamon

Method
  • Chop the apple into really small pieces.
  • Cut the wrap into 4 squares and place 2 into a muffin tin.
  • Divide the apple into the 2 muffin tin bases.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of cinnamon on each.
  • Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
