The perfect recipe for a those who love Mexican without the extra calories.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 Mountain Rye Wrap
ΒΌ of an avocado
200g diced tomato
50g mixed capsicum

Method
  • Cook mince in a frying pan without oil.
  • Lightly toast the wrap in a grill or oven.
  • Mix capsicum into the tomato.
  • Scoop out avocado.
  • Break up the wrap so it can be used to dip.
  • Serve all together and use the wrap as chips to dip in tomato, avocado, mince and capsicum.
