The perfect recipe for people who just cant live without Friday night pizza.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients

50g red and green capsicum
20g extra light ricotta cheese
4 small mushrooms
4 tbsp canned diced tomatoes
1 x 95g can Woolworths light chicken
1 mountain rye wrap

Method
  • Cut up all the ingredients except the wrap.
  • Lightly toast the base in the oven on 200 degrees until crispy.
  • Put the tomatoes onto the base.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and then put the cheese on top.
  • Put it back in the oven until the cheese is a little bit melted.
