Clean Eating Pop Tarts

A great recipe for those who love a sweet breakfast in the morning but do not like the extra sugars that are packed into pre-made cereals and breakfast goods.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 mountain rye wrap
3 TBSP of clean home made jam
3 TBSP of oats

Method
  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees .

  • Mix the oats and the jam together in a bowl.
  • Cut the rye wrap in half.

  • Put half of the jam mix on one of the halves.

  • Fold it so it looks like a pop tart.

  • Put the other half of the jam mix on the other half of the rye wrap.

  • Fold this one too so it looks like a pop tart.

  • Put some baking paper onto a baking tray and put pop tarts onto tray.

  • Cook for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven, they should just go lightly brown and you may need to flip them half way through.
