Cocoa Tahini Nicecream
Another 30 degree Melbourne day calls for another frozen banana turned into icecream. Todays creation is the perfect clean and cool dessert and is whipped up in seconds.
Indulge in chocolate ice cream without the guilt!
Preparation Time: 2 minutes plus 1 hour if you need to freeze the banana first.
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp cocoa (or sweeter powder if you prefer.)
1 tbsp tahini (or another nut butter.)
1/4 C almond milk (or cow)
Method
Place the bananas, cocoa and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with a dollop of tahini and any other toppings you want! I like whole nuts, chunks of chocolate or crumbled Rawnola
