Ingredients
250g pack Arnott’s Butternut Snap Cookies
185g pack Maltesers
½ cup moist coconut flakes
400g milk chocolate
Method
Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Allow paper to overhang by 2cm above long side.
Lightly crush cookies in a food processor or in plastic snap-lock bag with a rolling pin/big spoon.

No food processor? No worries, use a spoon.

Using the back of the spoon, crush the biscuits

Don't worry too much if the biscuit isn't crushed evenly - it makes for interesting texture
Transfer cookies to a large bowl.
Add Maltesers and coconut flakes.
Chop chocolate for better melting.
Boil water in kettle, and then half-fill deep saucepan.
Allow to simmer on low heat.
Place a bowl into saucepan. Ensure bottom of bowl is not immersed. This will overheat the chocolate.
Slowly melt chocolate, stirring when necessary.
When melted, add chocolate to bowl and stir until combined.
Spread mixture evenly into pan.
Cut into squares and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
