Ingredients
200g short grain rice
2 tbsp Truvia sweetener (or 150g caster sugar)
50g desiccated coconut
1.7 L semi-skimmed milk
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 140 ༠C/120 ༠C Fan/275 ༠F/1Gas
Layer all the dry ingredients in a deep oven dish: rice, sweetener/sugar, coconut.
Pour in the milk and bake in the oven until it forms a golden brown skin.
