Cookie Monster Cupcakes

Watch adults become children as they devour these cute Cookie Monster cupcakes. Ideal for kids birthday parties and fundraisers.



Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients
Your favourite cupcake mix
1 Tub Betty Crocker ready to spread vanilla frosting
Blue food colouring
24 White milk melts
24 Milk chocolate bits
12 Mini chocolate chip cookies
1 Tablespoon of Nutella



Method

  • Bake cupcakes according to the cupcake mix.

  • While cupcakes are baking, colour the frosting with blue food colouring, ensuring you mix it properly to get an even colour.

  • Place white chocolate melts on a tray and using nutella, stick the chocolate bits onto the white melts to make up the eyes.



  • Put the tray into the fridge for a while to set.

  • When cupcakes are baked and have cooled down, apply generous amounts of frosting and using a knife, fluff up the frosting.



  • Place eyes and cookies onto the cupakes and tadaaa you have cute cookie monsters.
