Creamy Garlic and Dill Mushrooms

A mushroom treat that will delight your taste buds.



I love mushrooms but I never used to love them as a child. If you want your kids to try this meal, adding cream to them makes them taste so much better. This also makes a great sauce to pour over your favourite meat dishes. This meal also makes a great side dish.

I used dill instead of parsley because dill gives food a special flavour and fragrance.

It only takes minutes to make this mushroom delight.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
500g white cup mushrooms
A handful of dill
Extra virgin Olive oil
1 large clove of garlic
A cup of cream
Salt

Method

  • Slice the mushrooms.



  • Fry up garlic on oil.



  • Cook the mushrooms on the oil until mushrooms become soft.



  • Add the dill.



  • Add the cream.



  • Stir together and cook on low heat until mushrooms are cooked through.
