Creamy Garlic and Dill Mushrooms

A mushroom treat that will delight your taste buds.

I love mushrooms but I never used to love them as a child. If you want your kids to try this meal, adding cream to them makes them taste so much better. This also makes a great sauce to pour over your favourite meat dishes. This meal also makes a great side dish.

I used dill instead of parsley because dill gives food a special flavour and fragrance.

It only takes minutes to make this mushroom delight.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

500g white cup mushrooms
A handful of dill
Extra virgin Olive oil
1 large clove of garlic
A cup of cream


Slice the mushrooms.

Fry up garlic on oil.

Cook the mushrooms on the oil until mushrooms become soft.

Add the dill.

Add the cream.

Stir together and cook on low heat until mushrooms are cooked through.

I think Natural Yougurt may be a healthier option .Also can toss this through cooked Pasta like a Fettuccine a quick Pasta meal .Lee
