This recipe is similar to my avocado wrap, only this time with prawns.

Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
155g cooked prawns
180g light cream cheese
4 tsp lemon juice
8 tbsp butter
30g kale
3 (gluten free) wholemeal wraps
Method
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
Spoon mixture equally onto one side of each wrap.
Roll up the wrap and slice it in half.
