This is an easy, delicious and unique recipe. The ingredients blend well and satisfy hunger. Good for parties and as an appetizer or even as a light meal.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cup horseradish
1 cup brown sugar
1 kg Polish sausage
Toothpicks (optional)

Method
  • Cut Polish sausage (kielbasa) into coin size pieces. Place in crockpot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Cook on HIGH for an hour or until boiling.
  • Then, cook on LOW for 45 minutes.
  • Serve. (with toothpicks, optional)
