0.9072 kg red potato cut into wedges
1 cup diced onion
3 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp salt
3 tbsp pepper
1 stick butter in pieces
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Method
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Spread on platter or pyrex.
