Crunchy Fish Fry
This is an easy very delicious crispy and crunchy fish that can be eaten with salad, chips or enjoyed on its own with a nice sauce!

Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients
Fish pieces 10
Semolina 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Enough oil to deep fry
Method
Mix the semolina and rice flour in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the fish pieces in the ginger garlic paste, garam masala and lemon juice and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Pour the oil into a pan and heat.
Take the fish pieces our of the marinade and put in the rice and semolina bowl. Toss each piece until it is covered.
Carefully place the fish pieces into the hot oil and deep fry until crispy.
Serve with onion rings, lemon and chilli sauce.
