Dairy Gluten Free Rhubarb Apple Crumble
Just because you have allergies or intolerances does not mean you can't enjoy a delicious fruit crumble. This rhubarb and apple crumble is dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. If you are allergic to seeds, then you can simply omit them from the recipe.
NOTE: Although oats do not contain gluten, they might be made at the same location as gluten products.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients
400g rhubarb
2 Granny Smith apples
1 tbsp Truvia sweetener (or 50g caster sugar)
100g porridge oats
100g coconut flour
100g coconut sugar
80g coconut oil
50g pumpkin seeds
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 &

#3872 ;C fan/375&
#3872 ;F/5 Gas.
Chop the rhubarb and apples.
*Place in a deep baking dish and mix in the sweetener/caster sugar.
Mix together all the other ingredients to form the crumble.
Pour the crumble mixture over the top of the fruit.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
